In addition to the rink fee, there will be a separate fee for photography.

Please make the payment to our skating rink within one week from the reservation date or transfer the payment to the designated account.
This does not apply to reservations made within one week. However, If payment confirmation is not received on the day of usage, we will have to decline your reservation.

For late-night rental hours, we offer priority rentals exclusively for hockey teams, allowing them to use designated time slots on the same day of the week throughout the year.
Teams eligible to participate in the priority rental lottery are those that meet the following conditions:
(Excluding teams involved in fraudulent activities)
1. Teams that participated in the previous draw
2. Teams with a usage history of three or more slots in the previous year
3. Teams that meet the criteria will receive an application form by mail. Please fill out the required information and return it to the skating rink.

• Usage outside of the rental time slot is not permitted. Please strictly adhere to the designated usage time.

• Please note that entering or exiting the facility is allowed within 30 minutes before or after the designated usage time.

• Changing rooms should be used at the specified locations. Please cooperate to avoid bringing inconvenience to other users.

• To prevent theft or loss, please store valuables in the coin lockers and keep the keys with you.

• Do not enter the rink during ice maintenance.

• If you move any equipment such as benches, be sure to return them to their original positions.

• While first aid will be provided for injuries that occur on the premises, we do not assume responsibility for any subsequent issues (including during lessons).

• Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.

• Eating and drinking inside the rink are prohibited.

• Clothes must be changed only in the designated areas. Please cooperate to avoid bringing inconvenience to other users.

• If you are conducting warm-up exercises, please be considerate of others who are using private rentals.

• Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any accidents, thefts, or damages that occur within the skating rink.

• Please do not enter the rink during ice maintenance and until you are given the permission to do so by the staff.

• If there are any dangerous actions such as entering the rink or crossing the rink during ice maintenance, we reserve the right to deny further usage of the rink.

• If you move any equipment such as benches, be sure to return them to their original positions.

• While first aid will be provided for injuries that occur on the premises, we do not assume responsibility for any subsequent issues (including during lessons).

• If any equipment or facilities are damaged during use, please promptly notify the staff.

• In the event of intentional or negligent damage to the facilities, equipment, or other items on the premises, you will be held liable for compensation.

• Please comply with the instructions given by the staff.

• Failure to follow the staff's instructions or non-compliance with the guidelines will result in immediate denial of usage and subsequent usage as well. Please note that the rink rental fee will not be refunded.

• For inquiries regarding private usage by local authorities or schools, please contact us by phone.

• Smoking within the skating rink premises (Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.)

• Eating, drinking, or filming inside the rink

• Unauthorized removal or taking of equipment from the premises

• Sitting on or climbing over the fences

• Spitting or littering on the premises

• Unauthorized entry into the underground club room, except for locker contract holders

• Unauthorized sale, filming, or conducting any commercial activities involving goods, food, or other items within the premises

• Parking vehicles outside of the designated parking areas

• Please ensure that there is no equipment, such as pucks, left on the rink after the session ends.

• After using the rink, follow the instructions of the staff, move the goals, and promptly exit the rink. It is prohibited to cross the rink while the ice resurfacing vehicle is present or to engage in activities such as stretching near the relocated goals.

• Do not stack pucks on top of the fences.

• Make sure that you take any damaged sticks or equipment with you and dispose of tape or other trash in the designated bins.

• Stick handling outside the rink is not allowed.

• Shooting pucks towards areas outside the rink is prohibited.

• Avoid shooting in a manner that causes the puck to leave the rink. Any damages to the facility or equipment resulting from such actions will be subject to actual cost reimbursement.
